THE PROBLEM
Formal governance structures haven't created effective channels for citizen input. The disconnect of citizens from governance processes fuels disengagement from governance while social, economic and political problems intensify. Bridging this gap requires reimagining how citizens can directly shape solutions to their most pressing concerns. Therefore citizens must be empowered to participate in their own development.
